Repeat prescriptions

• To order medication or food for collection at the clinic, just send us a WhatsApp or email.
  Most items are ready within 2-3 days, although some special orders from specific suppliers may take longer.
  
  

• As of January 2026, some medications are now available to purchase online with home delivery through our new online pharmacy. Click the button below to see more.

• To prescribe repeat medications, we legally need to have seen your cat in-person within the last 6 months (or 12 months for prescription flea/worming treatment) and have an up-to-date weight for them on file. If your cat is due a checkup, you can book an appointment online, or via WhatsApp, email or telephone.
  
  

• If you would prefer to buy your cat's medication from elsewhere, you can ask us for a written prescription. There is a fee per item prescribed.
  
  

• There is no written prescription fee for products dispensed through our online pharmacy as the cost of us electronically prescribing the medication is built into the online shop prices.
  
  

• Please note that you cannot purchase Bova or Summit products online as they are specially compounded off-license medications which can only be ordered by veterinary surgeons. (We use these "specials" for medicines which don't have a veterinary licensed equivalent or the dog / human version is unsuitable for cats).
